Korfyss is made for those who require discretion as a baseline. We use or network of partners, source counterparties, structure the transaction, and coordinate the people and paperwork that move a deal from intent to settlement, across jurisdictions and time zones, confidentiality.
We act for the client. We do not hold client funds. Every step is documented privately between the parties and reviewed against KYC, AML, and applicable cross-border requirements.

Engagements
Korfyss charges a pre-agreed advisory retainer plus a success fee tied to completion. Structures are bespoke per mandate, but engagements typically fall in three bands:
$10M — $50M
Single-asset or single-position mandates. Streamlined intake, focused counterparty search, fixed retainer and percentage-based success fee.
$50M — $250M
Multi-counterparty or multi-jurisdiction mandates. Includes coordination of legal, tax, and technical partners. Tiered success fee.
$250M — $1B+
Strategic and structured mandates, joint ventures, and multi-asset repositioning. Bespoke retainer and tiered success-fee schedule, with milestone reviews.
